Turnkey Build-Operate-Train and Transfer PV Solar Electricity Plants
We provide the design of the solar installation and manage the construction. We hire local contractors, but we set the tasks and we train the workers. During the construction, our quality team is on-site and can identify teams that need to be re-trained.
When the solar installation is complete, we operate it for 2 – 3 years for a minimal fee. We learn the specific requirements for each location. As an example, we determine how often the grass needs to be cut—if there is grass. Also, we determine how often the panels need to be cleaned in the dry months and in the wet months—if there are any wet months. Then, we write the operating and maintenance manuals, train the future operating team and transfer the project.
