NovaSolar (and our predecessor OptiSolar) was founded to be a total turnkey technology solution provider for utilities and solar farm developers. Our product is solar electricity at the lowest cost and with the highest reliability. To achieve this, we tackled the most critical bottleneck issues along the entire solar value chain.
As a result, our capability is unique in the industry. Most industry players started from one particular part of the value chain and then tried to integrate upstream or downstream to capture more margins. We are different. We started with a holistic view of how to achieve the cost and reliability that will lead to grid parity. It was necessary to innovate for cost, quality, and reliability along the entire value chain. This is what we have done and will continue to do.
